Being stabbed was the wake-up call but now I feel like I have a positive life ahead of me.

Where I’m from isn’t that nice. Life was pretty tough and my home life made it even tougher.

From my early teens I was hanging around with a big group of friends, and we had trouble with other groups.

I’ve been stabbed twice, the second time was almost fatal. I was in intensive care for 3 weeks.

That was the wake-up call. I knew I’d cheated death and I had to just live life properly.

My dream was acting so I went to a few film workshops and I met a guy who was on my level.

Meeting him made me realise that the world was a lot bigger than the world I came from.

My future is going to be bright. I feel like I have a good positive life ahead of me.
